Cowboy Dinner Ride

Service Description

Come for the open-air buffet, stay for the family-style dinner (because we aren't letting you leave hungry). All cooked in cast iron over an open fire, like the wild west intended. Smoked tri-tip with more fixins' than a cowboy cookout. After stuffing yourself, step onto a wagon ride through town while we share with you the most intriguing local history not in the history books. So, saddle up for a family-style feast, legendary cast iron cooking, smoked tri-tip, and a local wagon ride you won't forget! We will pick you up by horse and wagon in town at our stagecoach stop, bring you to our cowboy dinner and enjoy a cowboy cooked meal. After the meal we will take you for a wagon ride through town sharing local history and will drop you back off at our stagecoach stop.
