No Shows and cancellations made the day of the reservation will be charged in full.

Refund Policy

Weather Policy – in the event of bad weather, we will start canceling reserved rides the day of the reservation with as much time in advance as is possible, if we will not be able to operate. Please provide a text friendly number as a contact so that we may reach you more efficiently.  We will attempt to contact you until we actually hear from you via text, phone, or email. If we have to cancel due to bad weather, full refunds will be processed within 5-7 days of the day we canceled.  The determining factor for us canceling any reservation would be based on our ability to keep the seats dry on the wagons and to keep passengers and horses safe.  This means if there is a light mist or threatening rain, but not actually raining, we will likely attempt to operate at which point we will not offer refunds if customer chooses to cancel. We will not operate if lightning and heavy winds are present.  WE WILL NOT CANCEL FOR  COLD.


Refund Policy –24 hour cancellation policy. If for some reason you have to cancel your ride, you must cancel 24 hours from time of your reservation to receive a full refund. Refunds will take 5-7 business days.
